We stayed in a suite, so no complaints as to the size of it or to the number of bathrooms. Ms Roma Shankar made our stay very comfortable. There was an issue with smell but the persistence of her staff solved the problem and we decided to stay on, after all!! Her team is very motivated! 2- MR ANIL and SWEETY in the restaurant and other team members took great care of us everyday and CHEF ROHIT AND CHEF NAYAK were GREAT!! The food is fresh and the menu has many light options like fresh fruits, juices, soups!! The food was so good that we ate there everyday morning and evening and hosted a couple of dinners there too! The restaurant staff is SUPERBLY trained. A cup of coffee automatically comes with the right spoon!! Extra stars for that! The only Suggestions which I would like to give is to better train the hospitality staff towards hygiene. It puts me off to see the same person handle a dustbin and clean towels at the same time. A second suggestion would be to include homestyle green vegetables to the menu… ghiya, bhindi, torris, beans etc - less oily, less spicy for people who are traveling and are sick of eating outside food. We travel a lot. We stay in hotels a lot. People like Chefs Rohit and Nayak ji, Anil Ji and Sweety are the ones who make a difference. They are the ones who give us a warm, home like experience and want to make us come back.( Please note that Sweety is super efficient and worth her weight jn gold!)

This is a fantastic hotel. We loved everything about our stay. The staff were amazing, especially Padma and Madhu at reception Anisha at the restaurant. The breakfast was most delicious with a wide variety of all food. The Christmas Eve dinner was exceptional with many live stations, roasts, curries, and desserts. A huge bonus is that the hotel is attached to a very upmarket mall.

The room upgrade was a welcome surprise. Despite the incorrect info they had, they handled it well.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff is extremely prompt and polite, the facilities are supremely clean and the breakfast spread was a real treat! The staff at the check in, especially, Roma was very helpful and even arranged for the medicines to be dropped off to the room when my friend fell sick! Thank you Vivanta DN!!

Ashirvad bhai, Bijay Dash, Mona Losa, and many other staff members pampered us and demonstrated the world famous Indian hospitality at its best. Dhanyavad!
